Booking Confirmation and Deposits

Upon submission of written booking our reservations team will create a provisional booking and generate a proforma invoice. A 50% deposit is due within 48 hours of receiving the proforma invoice.

 

Once payment is received Norovari will generate an invoice reflecting payment and a confirmation letter that serves as confirmation of booking.

Full payment for booking is due 4 weeks prior to arrival at which time our cancellation policy takes effect. For last minute bookings (defined as within 4 weeks prior to arrival) full payment is due within 48 hours of receiving booking.

Refunds of any sort incur a USD 35 banking and admin fee.

 

Cancellation Policy

 

Cancellation 60-30 days prior to arrival, 50% cancellation fee applies. If cancelled 30 days or less prior to arrival, 100% cancellation fee applies.

You’ll need a valid passport and may also need visas to enter South Africa. Please check this well in advance of your trip departure date.
